Smoking is banned in many of the places of Spain, how in restaurants, in hospitals, in department stores, in the work... one year ago behind the law was approved of not being able to smoke. I believe that for people that smoke it isn't very fair because they have prohibited them many public places to be able to smoke, although it's also healthy for them because one way or another they will smoke less than before approving the law. I agree with the law, because people non smoker and overalls children doesn't have why to be inhaling smoke without wanting it. Also help to reduce the pollution. People that have less than 18 years can't enter in a place for smokers, and this haven't got it because I believe that every time there is more smaller than they smoke and that they're bought the tobacco themselves and nobody tells them anything. In some restaurants that have bigger width, they divide the room for smokers and it stops non smokers, although the bar that they put is sometimes useless because the smoke can happen easily.
